Student Protein Assignments: 
              I've assigned each of you two unique proteins  to work with. These proteins will be the subject of your  presentation and paper. On the last week of class, you will give a 15 minute talk about your two proteins to the class. On the final day of class, you will turn in a 15-20 page review paper describing both of your proteins. The grading rubrics and detailed explanations of what is expected for each part of the assignment are below.
