Research Article Review Requirement

For this requirement, you will write a 3 page typed paper summarizing one specific research article in a recent Environmental Science and Technology issue.  The paper should address:

• A summary of what was done
• Background on the area and the specific problem the research was addressing
• How the research was done.
• Results obtained.
• Significance of this work to the field.

You must write in sufficient detail for someone to well understand the specifics and the importance of the work.  Needless to say, your paper must demonstrate that you well understand what was done and why--this may require you to do some outside reading to explain specific points and techniques.

A copy of the article must be attached to the paper when it is turned in.
